RIYADH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA –

Profit Sports Solutions, an international provider of integrated sports, fitness and wellness solutions, today announced the establishment of its global headquarters in Riyadh alongside a planned investment program of more than US$100 million focused on production, trading and education initiatives.

The expansion represents a long-term commitment to Saudi Arabia and positions Riyadh as a central hub for Profit Sports Solutions’ operations across the Kingdom and wider region.

Established in coordination with the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia, the global headquarters will strengthen the company’s ability to work directly with government entities, developers, hospitality groups, fitness operators, educational institutions and private-sector partners as investment in Saudi Arabia’s sports and wellness infrastructure continues to accelerate.

The strategy is aligned with the broader objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, including economic diversification, private-sector development, quality of life, investment in human capital and the continued development of world-class sports and community infrastructure.

More Than US$100 Million in Planned Investment

Profit Sports Solutions plans to invest more than US$100 million through a multi-year program designed to expand three areas of the company’s business:

Production

Developing greater regional production capabilities and strengthening the sports and fitness sector supply chain.

Trading and Commercial Expansion

Increasing access to international sports, fitness and wellness solutions while expanding regional distribution and strategic partnerships.

Education and Professional Development

Developing sports and fitness education opportunities that support Saudi professionals, coaches, trainers and the next generation of industry talent.

The investment strategy is designed to create value beyond individual equipment sales or facility projects. Profit Sports Solutions intends to build a stronger regional ecosystem connecting products, infrastructure, education, technology, project delivery and long-term facility operations.

Saudi Arabia is entering a major period of sports and infrastructure development, driven by public and private investment in new venues, facilities and hospitality, and by preparations to host the 2034 FIFA World Cup.
