Penco Products has become a part of the fabric of American life by building lockers for decades that last for decades. Our powder coated baked enamel finish is tough and available in all standard colors. Body parts are finished using the same color as the doors, as standard. For quieter operation, each latch hook features a noise reducing rubber bumper. The welded doorframes utilize mortis and tenon joints and are spot welded for lifetime rigidity. Every door has a continuous door strike. All hinges are full loop, 5-knuckle design for knocked down construction and c-hinge for welded construction.

Commercial shelving systems and pallet storage racks are popular with warehousing and manufacturing applications, ranging from a few units to multi-tier installations.

Penco’s Clipper® and Erectomatic® lines share the same shelf and are each completely configurable for multi-tier and high-rise applications. Each shelving line uses its own custom posts and clips, making shelf positioning very easy. Both use a flush front design for posts in the face of the unit that permits full access to the width of each shelf.

Shelving systems can be designed as “closed” installations with solid backs and welded side panels, or as “open” style structures that are held together with side and rear sway bracing. In hi-rise applications where free-path man-aboard order picking equipment is used, guide rail and cross-aisle top ties can be added to guarantee structural stability.

Penco’s heavy-duty pallet racks are carefully engineered to provide highly efficient storage for palletized items. Combining design and excellence with high strength steel to achieve a superior strength-to-weight ratio, the Penco Pallet Rack can handle nearly any storage job you can give it.

The basic components of Penco Pallet Racks are upright frames and beams. Each is manufactured to exacting tolerances to provide many years of dependable service at their rated loads. Penco's time-proven pallet rack design continues to be a favorite of material handling professionals. The slotted design is easy to install and adjust on 3" centers while the Safety Lock Tab prevents the beam from dislodging.

Penco's heavy-duty pallet rack are available in 24 designer colors, all utilizing our unique powder coat baked on process. A full line of accessories are also available.

Penco offers a wide range of pre-designed stairs and ladders based on the height of existing decks. Penco also specializes in designing and fabricating custom stairs, landings and gates. Industrial stairs and stair towers are available with either open-riser or closed-riser designs, in welded or bolted construction, with stair treads offered in either open grate or diamond plate material.

Vertical ladders are available with and without cages. Standard handrail can be fabricated to meet any project specifications.

Penco’s Full Feature line of garment lockers are the key to inventory control and savings! Individual lockers provide each user with a locked compartment for personal belongings including uniforms, equipment, supplies or tools. Simultaneous access to all lockers by Management is available through the master door. All hardware is zinc-plated and assembly rivets are rust-proof aluminum. All Hanging Garment Lockers can be personalized with your company’s logo.
